Evert Douwes is the 7th generation successor at Douwes Fine Art, the oldest father-to-son art dealers in Europe. He studied art history and is an expert on Rembrandt prints. Douwes family were one of the founders of TEFAF in Maastricht, the world's best international Art Fair. Evert Douwes is one of only 12 cultural officers in the Dutch Military at level of Major. Douwes Fine Art is not only art dealers but also state-of-the -art restoration service.
